We love to cook so our kitchen is well stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils you might need. Appliances include a gas range, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, Kitchen-aid stand mixer, large slow-cooker, griddle and two refrigerators to hold plenty of groceries for the week.

The house boasts four large bedrooms, two with private bathrooms. Each bedroom has a unique style and set up but all share one thing in common: exceedingly comfortable beds and linens that will make you feel right at home. The two lofts really make this house one of a kind. One loft is designed for fun with a ping pong table and dart board. While the other is for pure relaxing, with a full size bed looking out over the lake and a hammock.

This house is an outdoor lovers dream. With 200 feet of waterfront on a calm cove of Richland Chambers Reservoir and six acres of private woods, there is no more peaceful spot on the lake. Your family can enjoy fishing in the lake, making s’mores at the firepit, a competitive game of disc golf or some laid back cornhole. Loch Haven Ranch has it all.

There is nothing better than a cup of coffee on the back porch while watching the sunrise over the lake. Our coffee machine has both a regular coffee pot and Keurig option so bring your coffee of choice.

Everyone’s favorite place at Loch Haven Ranch is the large, screened-in porch with a beautiful view of the lake. With a dining table that seats eight, outdoor sofa and large swing bed there really is no better place to relax, play dominoes, or just simply enjoy the view without fear of the bugs.

With a large selection of board games, puzzles, books and card games, Loch Haven Ranch is perfect for making those special family memories around the table. The game loft includes a ping pong table and dart board for the more active competitive crowd. And when you’re ready to relax indoors, the wood-burning fireplace and 60” TV are both easily enjoyed from the comfort of one of the large sectionals in the main room.
